The family of the late Deaconess Suzanna Ankrah, affectionately called Mama Suzzy, together with the leadership and members of the The Apostolic Church Ghana, with deep sorrow and gratitude to God for a life well-lived, announce her peaceful transition to eternal rest in the Lord.
Deaconess Suzanna Ankrah was born in 1964 and lived a life defined by faith, humility, and service. A loving mother, mentor, and devoted Christian, she dedicated much of her time and energy to her church and community. Mama Suzzy was widely known for her warmth, her generous spirit, and her passion for encouraging others to grow in their walk with God.
Her spiritual journey began at The Apostolic Church Ghana at Kotobabi District, where she faithfully served and grew in her devotion to the Lord. She later continued her service at The Apostolic Church Ghana, Jei Krodua, where she remained a committed member until her passing.
Throughout her years of service at The Apostolic Church Ghana, Jei Krodua, she served faithfully in various capacities, supporting the work of the Gospel and inspiring others through her selflessness and steadfast devotion. Her home was often open to those in need of guidance, comfort, or prayer. These acts of kindness have left a lasting legacy of compassion and unity among those who knew her.
Her passing in 2025 has created a deep sense of loss among her family, friends, and the entire church community. Yet, those who mourn her take comfort in the promise of eternal life and in the many lives she touched during her earthly journey.

Deaconess Suzanna Ankrah’s life is a testimony of faith and dedication. As we gather to honor her memory, we are reminded of the words of Scripture:
“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on… ‘Yes,’ says the Spirit, ‘they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.’” – Revelation 14:13
Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her, and her legacy of love, faith, and service will live on for generations to come.
